We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Lead who will lead complex full-cycle software development projects from inception to completion and own strategic client relationships.
In our agency setup, this hybrid role combines account ownership/portfolio management, both commercial and strategic, with hands-on project delivery leadership. This role also offers a clear growth trajectory into broader team leadership and people management responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end software development project ownership: Take complete ownership over complex full-cycle software development projects from discovery to final delivery.
- Cross-functional work & Team Enablement: Drive execution in close collaboration with a cross-functional Project Delivery team of frontend and backend engineers and designers. Actively contribute to fostering a high-performing environment and empowering team members.
- Account management: Own client account P&L, strategically managing a portfolio of ongoing software development projects , ensuring their alignment with broader business goals and maximizing cumulative value. This includes forecasting, pricing, revenue recognition, and invoicing with Finance/Legal; as well as identifying, prioritizing, and driving upsell/expansion opportunities by shaping tailored solutions, building proposals, and drafting SOWs for your existing accounts.
- Stakeholder Management: Advise senior executives, track value/outcomes, and manage critical escalations, and lead client workshops to drive discovery, alignment, and solution definition.
- Delivery and governance: Manage requirements engineering, scope, roadmap, quality, and risk; plan staffing and coordinate internal/partner teams.
- Hands-on product ownership: Ensure high-quality discovery, roadmaps, backlogs, and acceptance criteria; focus on documentation and enable team success through clear guidance and resources. This includes actively mentoring and guiding team members to elevate overall team capabilities.
